The bottom line of today’s decisions:
- The Affordable Care Act was upheld.
- The Stolen Valor Act was overturned.

Decisions start at 10:00 EDT, healthcare decision expected around 10:15. I’m on tenterhooks.
Other than the decision on the ACA (which is a ruling on three separate cases - see tags), we’ll get a decision on whether a federal law making it a crime to lie about receiving military honors is a violation of the First Amendment (United States v. Alvarez), and a decision on whether Congress can give individuals a right to sue even if they don’t suffer any personal injury (First American Financial Corp. v. Edwards).
